2023년 10월 14일 토요일에, 아산이학관 526호 권택연 세미나실에서 2023 시몽 마레이 수학경시대회 (2023 SMMC, Simon Marais Mathematics Competition)가 있었습니다. SMMC는, 2015년 작고한 호주의 자산운용가 시몽 마레이 박사의 뜻에 따라, 호주의 여러 대학이 연합하여 만든 협회에서 주관하는 국제적인 수학 경시대회입니다. 2017년 이후 매년 개최되고 있습니다. 학부생들의 창의적인 문제풀이 활동을 지원하고, 아시아-태평양을 포함한 세계 여러 지역의 유능한 …
